Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Planning Manager, the Sr Material Planning Analyst role involves managing and planning customer demand, performing data analysis to support multiple areas within the materials function to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries.

What a typical day looks like:

• Track the materials team's performance through diverse reports.
• Develop and present a “clear to build” analysis to the customer.
• Collaborate closely with program management and materials management teams.
• Execute MRP release to purchasing weekly.
• Upload data to the MRP system following materials and program management guidelines, considering customer demand information.
• Work with the purchasing team to improve material arrivals.
• Monitor and track lead times.
• Analyze and approve ECOs (engineering change orders) with the Product Engineering team.
• Conduct excess and obsolete inventory analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Project inventory data.
• Assist in preparing management recommendations based on data analysis.
• Proactively identify and escalate potential issues related to metrics.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Strong knowledge of MRP systems.

• Experience in efficient control processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with databases such as Kinaxis is a plus.
