Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data management and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data-related project processes, terminology, and familiarity with data systems. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the successful execution of data-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope management, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee data-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget for data-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor and track project progress using tools like ClickUp, Jira, and GitHub, adjusting plans as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project status, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with data teams to ensure proper handling, storage, and processing of data.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and propose solutions.
• Ensure projects adhere to data governance, security, and privacy best practices.
• Continuously assess and mitigate project risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with data management tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g., DWH, APIs, databases).
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, or GitHub.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years managing data-related projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven success in project outcomes through collaboration and clear communication.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
• Certification in Project Management or Scrum (PMI, PMP, Scrum Master).
