Descripción

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

The IT Sr. Systems Administrator 2 is responsible for supporting, analyzing, developing, and implementing IT solutions. Coordinates with management to pursue the accomplishment of objectives, and executes work plans to meet business requirements. Coordinates with business SMEs and IT leaders to gather and document system requirements to support existing applications and develop new software solutions and enhancements to existing software.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Support existing applications, coordinate with IT infrastructure, client services, and vendors to resolve application problems.
• Perform system configuration changes, model new features, test, and deploy with existing systems that support operations.
• Develop new software and modify existing applications to support business operations using several programming platforms.
• Coordinate with software development vendors on code review, integration, and implementation.
• Support design, development, and implementation of IT solutions that help production reduce and eliminate operational issues, improve productivity, and satisfy our customers.

Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Must have 4+ years of applicable IT experience.
• Full stack development experience with C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, RESTful services, API, and JavaScript.
• Microsoft SQL Server database, Transact-SQL, RDBMS, SSIS, RSS.
• Experience working with collaborative platforms like GIT and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to generate Sequence diagrams, Mockups, and flowcharts.
• Knowledge in the development platform DevExpress is a plus.
• Demonstrates strong customer service focus, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Independent follow-through ability and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex business problems to develop effective solutions and action plans.
