C.R. England, Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Logistics Coordinator in a dedicated training environment to optimize asset utilization and fleet profitability.

This role focuses on driver coaching, scheduling, and dispatcher leadership while ensuring service levels stay high and compliance is maintained. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, experience in logistics planning, and strong communication with drivers and management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior logistical or planning experience is required.
• Transportation or logistics experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and match planned freight to day cabs or condo trucks and drivers, coordinating trainers and trainees for hours and home time.
• Review driver requests for time off and plan loads for same-day or next-day dispatching; schedule work and assign tasks to drivers.
• Coordinate with maintenance on trucks out of service and returning to service; plan and dispatch accordingly.
• Track drivers, loads and receivers to ensure dispatching continues as planned.
• Monitor Hours of Service for dispatching and compliance.
• Assist in orienting new drivers to fleets/accounts on scheduling expectations.
