Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking an Early Equipment Management Intern in Chihuahua to assist with equipment data migration, documentation standardization, and database maintenance within an agile, responsibility-driven environment.

The role focuses on supporting reliability and continuous improvement efforts by collecting, validating, and analyzing equipment data while collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to develop standardized templates and procedures.

Qualifications

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 months remaining before graduation.
• Availability to work 6 hours per day.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and engineering principles.
• Ability to analyze and validate equipment-related data.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of legacy equipment and maintenance information into the Early Equipment Management framework.
• Organize, review, and maintain equipment documentation, records, and standards.
• Assist with maintenance of EEM databases, trackers, and project documentation.
• Collect, validate, and analyze equipment and maintenance data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the development of standardized templates, procedures, and reference materials.
• Provide administrative and technical support for EEM implementation activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
