The two-year program combines formal and experiential training with meaningful work experience. Participants will work under the guidance of experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

Positions start in July 2025 and are based in CDMX.

How you will create an impact

• Receive and follow up on client claims across business lines, developing strategic thinking.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure high service levels and product improvements.
• Apply legal knowledge and problem-solving skills to analyze Civil Liability and Financial Lines claims.
• Develop communication skills through vendor management and ongoing communication with brokers and clients.
• Report key claims messages to the Team Manager and internal stakeholders.
