We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Sourcing Solutions Manager in Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pricing and market insights for all pursuits, including RFPs, RFIs, and business cases, timely and concisely.
- Prepare benchmarking and market insights across categories for pricing solutions in multiple countries.
- Participate in site visits to support sourcing solutions.
- Manage RFP, pricing, and negotiation processes, setting savings targets and tracking metrics.
- Provide sourcing expertise, including vendor performance management and data analysis.
- Support project meetings, develop sourcing visions, and implement outsourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual standards and collaborate with legal and risk management teams.
- Maintain pursuit tracking, dashboards, and documentation.
- Assist in developing customized sourcing solutions and vendor management strategies.
- Conduct quarterly reviews and market analysis to add value.
- Drive business relationships and identify new opportunities within assigned categories.
- Align sourcing strategies with global category plans and monitor industry trends.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement to create value for JLL and clients.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role and industry.
- Experience in IFM, procurement, solutions development, and vendor management.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
- English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
