Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to lead and manage projects in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Werum PAS-X Master control and Trackwise, along with domain experience in Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics. This role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring alignment with company goals, and delivering impactful solutions in a day shift environment.

Responsibilities

1. Lead project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
2. Oversee the integration of Werum PAS-X Master control and Trackwise systems to optimize project workflows.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
4. Provide expert guidance on Cheminformatics and Bioinformatics to enhance project outcomes.
5. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
8. Develop and maintain project documentation to support project tracking and reporting.
9. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
10. Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
11. Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
12. Utilize project management tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in Werum PAS-X Master control and Trackwise.
