Job Description

What does a TaskUs Learning Experience Leader really do? Think of yourself as an advisor for the TaskUs' new and existing teammates, guiding them through the best paths to creative and successful careers at TaskUs. Imagine going to work every day with one thing on your mind: a passion for developing others and seeing them succeed. Your role was created to design and develop ongoing training programs that will give the TaskUs teammates the edge over our competition and the ability to appeal to the world’s most disruptive companies.

You will implement programs for TaskUs teams that will enhance their skills in every aspect of their role. You will be responsible for delivering training programs for new and current teammates on new products/services, system changes, and/or new business initiatives.

You care deeply about helping others succeed. You love partnering with people, understanding how they learn, and coming up with creative approaches to educate them and keep them engaged in the classroom. You enjoy seeing your work benefit others. You enjoy teaching in the classroom but also know how important it is to make new employees successful in other areas. Responsibilities:

  • Set the standards and expectations through your conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character;
  • Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training which includes curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement;
  • Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs;
  • Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training;
  • Continuously improve training programs and the other learning opportunities across the organization;
  • Amend and revise programs as necessary for them to adapt to the changes occurring in the work environment;
  • Act as the content expert, and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted;
  • Develop and create effective induction programs;
  • Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discuss with their managers;
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, understand e-learning techniques and identify where they are relevant, and be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;
  • Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning;
  • Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the use of PC applications, Gmail, and Google Business applications as well as Microsoft Office applications;
  • Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours;
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style;
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required;
  • Knowledge of adult learning techniques, and instructional design concepts for computer-based training;
  • Ability to clearly articulate thoughts;
  • Ability to think critically.

Nice To Haves:

  • At least 1+ years of training experience in a call center environment or Teaching Experience.

Job Expectations:

  • This application will be used for positions that are located on-site at one of our offices in Puebla.
  • We ask that the Learning Experience Leader have an open and flexible schedule - the schedules of operations depend on the client's needs.
