The Opportunity

Finance Business Partners advise and support the business in areas related to future state financial performance, including:

• Finance consulting and coaching (e.g., interpreting financial results and measures in the context of business operations).
• Providing forward-looking financial insight on market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios.
• Improving the quality of internal and external financial data to drive business decision-making and performance.

How you'll make an impact

• Work related to common cross-domain Master Data topics, related systems, and the use of Master Data within the country.
• Following the given processes and metrics for Master Data within the country.
• Implementing new Master Data standards within the country.
• Monitoring compliance with Master Data standards and rules.
• Aligning Master Data activities with local Business Lines and cooperating with shared services (e.g., Shared Accounting Services, HR Centers, IT Delivery Centers).

Your Background

• Certified Public Accountant, LAE, or Financial Accountant (qualified, ID).
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Audit experience.
• Knowledge of ISO standards is desirable.
