Your mission is to unleash the full power of Planhat for global software businesses.

Team

We are one of the most versatile teams at Planhat, working with clients across various industries and collaborating with colleagues in sales, customer success, and product development. We engage with customers throughout the entire client lifecycle:

  • Building a proof of concept for the C-suite at an EduTech company, showcasing the most insightful metrics dashboard they've seen
  • Assisting a FinTech startup in seamlessly integrating data from multiple systems into Planhat
  • Transforming a PropTech company's processes from spreadsheets and forms into Planhat, designing automation, flagging churn risk, and identifying growth opportunities

Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, including pre-sales, customer support, customer success, consultancy, and project management. Some have technical experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, or data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery, while others transitioned from commercial roles to deepen their product expertise, often through self-learning.

Competencies

We value business acumen over years of experience, especially experience in scrappy startups, combined with technical aptitude, particularly in automation. You should understand how to interpret a P&L statement and have basic programming knowledge, like creating a "hello world" program.

This role focuses on delivering tangible business value by translating requirements into results, rather than getting lost in technical details. People tend to come to you because you 'get it' and often deliver solutions better than expected. We look for:

  • Self-starter: Curious, eager to learn, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to participate in both business and technical discussions, quickly grasp objectives, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Technical knowledge meets business acumen: Familiar with APIs, webhooks, data migrations, customer goals, and deadlines. Salesforce Admin knowledge is a plus. You are a fast learner with strong commercial or consulting experience.
  • Problem solver: Structured, logical, aware of challenges, and able to recognize when to pivot or seek help.
