Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, including pre-sales, customer support, customer success, consultancy, and project management. Some have technical experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, or data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery, while others transitioned from commercial roles to deepen their product expertise, often through self-learning.
We value business acumen over years of experience, especially experience in scrappy startups, combined with technical aptitude, particularly in automation. You should understand how to interpret a P&L statement and have basic programming knowledge, like creating a "hello world" program.
