The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. This role plays a pivotal part in visually elevating both Pinnacle’s corporate brand and the individual identities of our partner clinics. From engaging social media graphics and presentations to professional print materials, you'll design across mediums while staying true to our brand’s integrity and consistency.

Note: This is a contract to hire opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Create Visually Engaging Assets for digital and print, including:
• Social media graphics, presentation decks (Canva and PowerPoint), reels/videos, and digital marketing content
• Print materials such as banners, rack cards, one-sheeters, and merchandise designs
• Use Design Platforms Proficiently—Canva for everyday and quick-turn needs, and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for more detailed, professional-grade print work
• Apply Brand Guidelines Consistently to maintain the integrity and cohesion of our visual identity across all materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver effective, on-brand design solutions
• Resize and prep assets for both web and print, ensuring all files are optimized and ready for use
• Independently manage a queue of projects and prioritize deadlines efficiently
• Coordinate with US-based print vendors for production and material specifications when needed

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on design experience
• Education or certification in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Sketch, Figma, and PowerPoint
• A strong portfolio showing a range of digital and print work—including social content, branding, and professional print materials
• Solid understanding of print production, file formatting, and asset management
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and contribute strategically to marketing efforts
• A keen eye for detail, layout, and brand alignment

Bonus Points

• Experience in the fertility or healthcare industry
• Familiarity with managing vendor relationships and print production workflows
