Job Description:

We are an early-stage startup seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing partnerships, negotiating deals, and driving the success of our affiliate program.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners aligned with our brand and target audience.
2. Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
3. Manage the daily operations of our affiliate program, including tracking activities and optimizing performance.
4. Cultivate relationships with key strategic partners and large affiliates to promote growth and revenue.
5. Expand our affiliate network by engaging and negotiating deals with smaller partners.

Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Hold a BA/BS in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
