We are seeking an IT Support | Data Catalog Consultant for a project with a multinational automotive client. The role involves communication with departments and users, serving as the first contact within the platform organization, supporting onboarding, and ensuring effective use of the data catalog.

Responsibilities
  1. Request management and first-level support (1LS):
    • Respond to user inquiries regarding the data catalog (CDC)
    • Escalate complex issues to the Operations team
    • Manage requests via ticketing tools
  2. User onboarding support:
    • Guide business units through registration
    • Organize workshops and training
    • Address roadblocks and ensure documentation compliance
  3. Documentation and training:
    • Maintain user guides in English
    • Create training materials and FAQs
  4. Process optimization and reporting:
    • Suggest workflow improvements
    • Report KPIs using Excel and Power BI
    • Collaborate on request management enhancements
  5. Stakeholder coordination:
    • Align processes with international teams
    • Work with Service Desk, Data Management, and business units
Requirements
  • Experience in user support and process analysis; data team experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills for process improvements
  • Proficiency with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
  • Experience in documentation and training
  • Basic data concepts knowledge (metadata, databases, analytics tools)
  • Familiarity with Agile and Lean Six Sigma beneficial
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Intercultural skills, resilience, team orientation

Modality : Full-remote

Schedule : Flexible, with Friday intensive
