Maintenance Supervisor

•Coordinate Maintenance direct reports.•Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.•Monitor AIMS system to properly manage planned and executed maintenance.•Ensure facility maintenance is provided adequately and in a timely manner.•Identify corrective maintenance in a timely manner.•Coordinate projects related to extensions, modifications, service installation, equipment and machinery.•Maintain a close relation with the industrial park where the plants are located.<•Outsource maintenance services.•Manage budget and purchases of spare parts and required tools.•Generate requisitions for third party services in a timely manner.•Validate consumption of external services to ensure that they are consistent with the request.•Monitor third party performance.•Participate with the industrial park supervision team to demand guarantees and claims.•Process building permits that are required upon government agencies.

•Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent experience•Must have 3 plus years’ Maintenance supervision experience in metal mechanic manufacturing environment.•Proven experience in TPM.•Strong oral and written communication skills.•Good interactive skills for facilitating team solutions.•Analytical with an excellent attention to detail.•Leadership and communication skills.•Microsoft office literate.•Project management experience.
