What you’ll do?

1. Lead efforts to identify and deliver Maximo Asset Management solutions to our client, emphasizing customer commitment, industry best practices, and continuous improvement.
2. Participate in all stages of Maximo solutions delivery through the entire software implementation or upgrade lifecycle.
3. Work directly with stakeholders globally and communicate effectively via phone and web conferencing.
4. Share expertise and contribute to shaping future solutions.
5. Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
6. Ensure adherence to industry best practices and promote continuous improvement.
7. Mentor junior team members on Maximo development.
8. Design, implement, and maintain advanced distribution management systems (ADMS) to improve electrical grid operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 6 years of Maximo Development/Configuration experience, preferably in Utilities, Facilities Management, or Aviation sectors.
• Experience supporting all phases of system development: analysis, design, build, test, configuration, and deployment.
• Proven ability to lead business process design and drive application requirements.
• Experience with custom Maximo implementations and applying industry leading practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
