Descripción del empleo

We are still looking for top talent and would be delighted if you joined our team!

UST is a multinational company based in North America, certified as a Top Employer and Great Place to Work, with over 35,000 employees across more than 35 countries. We are leaders in digital technology services, providing large-scale technological solutions to major companies.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner with experience in CMS to be responsible for the software product/program vision and user story roadmap.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for software delivery, translating product line roadmaps into actionable items (features, user stories) for each product/squad.
  • Manage priorities and resources within the squad and resolve conflicts with other teams.
  • Responsible for the release/delivery of the software product/program plan.
  • Own and create the backlog of user stories, leading backlog prioritization during sprint planning.
  • Align software development with the Product Director, including user stories contributing to program features.
  • Refine user stories to ensure they meet 'Definition of Done' and 'Definition of Ready' criteria.
  • Support engineering teams, acting as the analysis expert, resolving blocks and dependencies.
  • Ensure all user stories are properly tested and automated where possible.
  • Contribute to country implementation stages with required skills.
  • Drive development of decoupled web platforms using headless CMS and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps teams on infrastructure, leveraging AWS services like Fargate, S3, Cloudfront, and DynamoDB.
  • Ensure best practices in SEO, accessibility, structured content (JSON-LD, schema.org), and localization workflows.
  • Maintain documentation, roadmaps, and progress tracking using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Experience with headless CMS platforms (AEM, Drupal, Contentful, Sanity, etc.) integrated with modern frontend frameworks.
  • Familiarity with decoupled architectures and frontend/backend delivery coordination.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery skills in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe AEM and/or Next.js is advantageous but not mandatory; understanding headless content models and frontend integration is most important.
What We Offer:
  • 23 days of annual leave plus discretionary days on December 24th and 31st.
  • Benefits such as healthcare, internet connectivity, life and accident insurances.
  • Flexible compensation programs (meals, childcare, transport, online English lessons, healthcare).
  • Access to training platforms.
  • Career stability and development plans.
  • Referral bonuses for successful hires.
  • Option to choose between 12 or 14 salary payments per year.
  • Work-life balance initiatives, including flexible hours, remote work, and summer hours.
  • Discounts through UST Club Platform and gym access.

If you're interested, apply now! UST will contact you with further details. We are committed to equal opportunity employment and do not discriminate based on race, gender, disability, age, religion, sexual orientation, or nationality. We particularly encourage applications from individuals with disability certificates.
