A leading company in Mexicali seeks a Manager for Employee Relations to oversee a team and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role involves coaching leaders, managing legal relations, and maintaining a positive work environment in a large manufacturing facility.
The Manager, ER's primary responsibility is to lead the Employee Relations function for a 4,000+ employee population within our manufacturing facility. This role will lead a team of 2 Senior ER Specialists and partner closely with HRBP and HR Shared Services to drive ER execution and strategy. The role involves managing labor and industrial employee relations, monitoring compliance with Mexican Norms, General Conditions of Work, Federal Labor Law, and other relevant regulations. It is responsible for developing, interpreting, and recommending program goals, policies, procedures, and courses of action to maintain a positive work environment, as well as training and developing a team of specialists.
