We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities:

1. Actively support the resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
2. Assist in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
3. Maintain good knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
4. Support product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery.
6. Focus on enhancing application performance.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members.
8. Provide technical feedback and support to development teams.
9. Perform detailed root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
10. Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills, capable of leading in a global environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
2. Knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
3. Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java.
