Location Overview:

The Team:

You will work as part of the Global Regulatory Relations (GRR) Strategy & Process Management team supporting the Reg Relations team in EMEA. In addition to providing in-person and virtual support to Bank regulators, this role will provide operational support to exam teams within the region. This role requires close interaction with regulatory agencies, GRR executives, and exam teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and offboarding Bank regulators and consultants
  • Granting and revoking system access (HVD/BAC network, internal applications, etc.) and conducting access reviews
  • Managing space requirements and building access when regulators are on-site for meetings or exams
  • Issuing laptops or Chromebooks when necessary, and managing the inventory
  • Serving as a liaison to Global Information Security (GIS), and acting as the main point of contact for any escalations (ex: blocked sites/transmissions that may interfere with timely exam deliverables)
  • Liaising with facilities regarding onsite set up (ergonomic chairs, waste bins, wifi, access to printers)
  • Scheduling UK and France Adhoc & Routine Regulatory meetings (incl. preps and debrief session/ booking meeting rooms)
  • Mailbox & Calendar management - maintaining regulatory routines in GRR Portal
  • Routine, Inventory, and Exam Approvals for EMEA
  • GRR SharePoint Access & Controls / ECB portals access management (can only be aligned to one EU LE)
  • Assisting with GRR Portal clean-up exercises (example, ERH changes for inquiries / exams)
  • EMEA regulatory contact quarterly refresh
  • Processing FCA invoices and tracking submissions YoY (4-6 times a year)
  • FCA Fees & Levies submission – annual collation of data and submission on FCA portal
  • ACR Building access quarterly audits (France, Ireland, UK) / trading floor access audits (UK)

What we are looking for:

  • Prior Regulatory Relations experience or experience interacting with regulators is highly desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize daily tasks with project work as well as ad hoc requests
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, calmly within tight deadlines and escalate appropriately.
  • Able to develop and maintain good working relationships.
  • Self-starter, motivated and reliable; ability to work well and seamlessly within a team without a continuous high level of guidance.
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and WebEx.
