About the Team

We focus on helping our Merchants access critical financial products to grow and operate their businesses. We are dedicated to providing high-demand products with the best end-to-end experience. Our team continually seeks ways to add value to our Merchants through our platform and external partnerships.

About the Role

You will collaborate directly with our support, fraud, and sales teams within the Merchant Financials pod of our Ads & Promotions team. Your responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, safeguarding against fraud, and providing data insights for decision-making. This involves responding to inquiries, listening to sales pitches, resolving issues, and proactively monitoring transactions for potential fraud. The ideal candidate enjoys solving customer problems, working under tight deadlines, and testing in a fast-paced environment.

About You

• You have 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations, product management, investment banking, management consulting, M&A, or related fields, preferably in fintech or finance.
• You enjoy tackling difficult problems with first principles and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• You are a logical and data-driven problem solver, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• You can write SQL queries and consolidate data from multiple sources.
• You thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• You hold a BA/BS degree.
• You are fluent in Spanish and have C1+ proficiency in English.
