About Us:

Join our dynamic and growing team at Property Builders, a leading home improvement company based in the United States. We are looking for motivated agents who want to earn more than $4k USD monthly to help us expand our customer base and make a difference in homeowners' lives.

What You Will Do:

1. Make cold calls to potential customers to schedule appointments.
2. Provide information about our home improvement services and respond to customer inquiries.
3. Work as a team to meet sales goals and share success.

Schedule (Pacific Standard Time):

• Monday to Thursday: 9 AM - 7 PM
• Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
• Saturdays: OFF
• Sundays: 11 AM - 5 PM

Breaks:

• Monday to Thursday: 3 breaks (15 min, 1-hour lunch, 15 min)
• Friday: 2 breaks (20 min, 40 min lunch)
• Saturdays: OFF
• Sundays: 2 breaks (15 min, 40 min lunch)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary: Starting at $4 USD per hour, with potential increases based on performance and retention.
• Uncapped bonuses: Earn $15 USD for each confirmed appointment, an additional $60 USD if you make 4 appointments in one day, and $350 USD for each closed sale. Earn an extra $1,200 USD for making 3+ sales in a month!
• Other bonuses: Referrals ($100 USD after your friend stays for at least 1 month), punctuality & attendance ($35 USD biweekly), and more. Monthly incentives vary.
• Payment: Biweekly in USD via direct transfer.
• Tax responsibility: Agents are responsible for their own taxes; this role does not include legal benefits or IMSS.
• Holidays: Additional days off according to U.S. holidays, some Mexican holidays, and other special days.

Requirements:

• Reside in Mexico or other Latin American countries.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1 or C2 level).
• At least 1 year of experience in cold calling and/or cold sales.
• Experience or knowledge in construction/remodeling or selling construction services in the U.S. is a plus but not required.
• Own equipment: a computer and a USB noise-canceling headset (preferably Jabra).
• A quiet, private workspace at home.
• Ethernet connection with at least 30MB/sec upload and download speeds.
• Motivated attitude to excel and enjoy uncapped commissions.
