Tijuana Plant | On site

What you’ll do:

1. Manage the resources provided to satisfy and accomplish the client requirements (internal and/or external) on time, quantity, quality and continuous improvement.
2. Manage department focus on the Security, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Moral.
3. Follow up and implementation of the Corporative standards in the manufacturing and related areas. 100% adherence to the production plan considering low cost and quality for accomplishment.
4. Develop and coach their team work to fulfill goals and objectives established in the manufacturing area.
5. Promote teamwork and good communication skills to the department and other team members.
6. Lead Continuous Improvement projects in the department.
7. Responsible for new launch start up runs.

What is required:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering.
2. +5 years as Manager in Manufacturing/ Production areas.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. (English and Spanish)
4. Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing concepts is preferred.
5. Techniques for quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods.
