About the role

Translate End-Use-Market (EUM) strategies into regional plans, create value for the customer and Kerry through selling the right portfolio, and manage performance against plans. Build relevant and valuable relationships with customers leading to quality opportunities that are closed and won.

Key responsibilities
People Leadership (Accountability):
  • Deliver results by driving an engaging culture leveraging our Kerry values (measured via OurVoice)
  • Drive the talent and succession agenda and pipeline, proactively building networks internally and externally to ensure the required capabilities are in place to execute strategy and build relevant & valuable customer relationships for today and the future
  • Ensure robust employee development plans are in place with clear learning journeys to support career and functional development
  • Provide direction through regular coaching and active feedback
  • Leverage sales incentive programmes to drive performance and reward outstanding delivery
Qualifications and skills
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Director in a transnational food industry company
  • Fluent in English
