What you´ll do

  • Develops and implements state-of-the-art people management practices, HR solutions and strategies for LATAM Functions (Finance, HR, Facilities, Procurement, among other areas)
  • Drives change management projects and manages the HR related communication regionally
  • Identifies and prepares development plans for the key employees and high potential employees
  • Steers salary review process for relevant Management levels regionally
  • Conducts and steers recruitment and succession planning as well as recommending training for Management level regionally
  • Manages organizational design and supports recruitment activities for talents regionally
  • Coordinates performance and talent management process and acts as moderator regionally
  • Manages promotion process for Management levels
  • Drives understanding of regional HR and business priorities
  • Steers retention management regionally
  • Leads the design, development, activation and evaluation of processes to support HR strategies
  • Facilitate and support organizational change initiatives across the region
  • Address complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to local HRBPs
