The ME/IE Manager is the site technology leader of Jabil’s manufacturing processes and systems, designed to deliver superior performance and operational efficiency. This role supports business development with current and potential customers and involves developing and implementing both site-specific and global ME/IE strategies. The manager is responsible for establishing manufacturing methods and processes, leading and motivating a team of engineers, and reviewing the utilization of equipment, personnel, and materials to ensure efficiency. Providing exceptional support to customers, team members, and shareholders is essential.
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and industrial engineering philosophies and processes. Proven leadership, communication, and business analysis skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing, including 2-3 years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
