We are currently seeking a Software Development Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of L2 associates and guide them effectively.
2. Actively communicate with stakeholders and coordinate with various teams.
3. Support the resolution of L2 issues through detailed analysis, including code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
4. Maintain good knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
5. Support product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement and delivery processes.
7. Focus on enhancing application performance.
8. Collaborate effectively with team members.
9. Provide technical feedback and support to development teams.
10. Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) of production issues and implement corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
• Knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java.
