About Our Client

A U.S.-based legal services/law firm specializing in immigration solutions. They help businesses navigate complex immigration processes and compliance requirements, offering tailored solutions for both employers and employees and advocating for immigrants' rights.

They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute all marketing, branding, and public relations efforts. This role is critical in establishing and reinforcing increasing brand visibility, and driving engagement through strategic campaigns, digital media, and experiential activations.

If you have experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams, executing multi-channel campaigns, and collaborating with internal stakeholders - this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Brand Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Collaborate with the CMO to spearhead branding, digital marketing, public relations, and content initiatives.
  • Develop and execute long-term brand strategies and short-term marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing efforts, including social media, digital advertising, content marketing, experiential events, and PR activations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and legal teams to ensure all branding efforts align with business goals and client needs.

Marketing Team Leadership & Project Execution

  • Manage and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals, including specialists in copywriting, multimedia production, digital media, SEO/analytics, and campaign strategy.
  • Set clear KPIs and project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and with the highest quality.
  • Lead marketing activations, including immigration awareness campaigns, webinars, community engagement events, and legal advocacy initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales and data analytics teams to refine CRM-driven marketing automation and lead tracking processes.

Content & Public Relations

  • Collaborate with the PR Manager to write papers, Op-Eds, video series, and public appearances.
  • Develop SEO-driven content strategies to maximize website traffic, audience engagement, and brand credibility.
  • Collaborate with other team members to partner with advocacy groups, nonprofits, and industry leaders.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance, marketing ROI, and audience insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Implement A/B testing and analytics-driven decision-making to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in all marketing communications.

Is This You?

  • Fluent in Spanish & English (spoken and written).
  • 3+ years in brand management and marketing leadership.
  • Expertise in multi-channel advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, data analytics, and CRM-driven marketing.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Experience working with media, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Bonus: previous experience in immigration policies or nonprofit advocacy.
  • Bonus: Background in crisis communications and policy-based marketing.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of community outreach and bilingual content marketing strategies.
