Join a leading hotel franchisor as a Revenue Manager, responsible for optimizing revenue strategies across a portfolio of hotels in Latin America and the Caribbean. This role involves analyzing market data, forecasting performance, and collaborating with teams to enhance KPIs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management.

Formación

  • At least 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management (multi-property or corporate level preferred).
  • Experience with international hotel franchises or outsourcing services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Latin America & Caribbean markets is highly valued.

About the Role - Are you passionate about maximizing hotel revenue and market performance? Join our team at Choice Hotels CALA as a Revenue Manager, where you’ll be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies for a portfolio of franchised hotels in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market data, forecast performance, and optimize inventory and pricing
  • Recommend and implement strategic actions using tools like STR, TravelClick, Lighthouse, etc.
  • Train and support hotel teams in the use of PMS and RMS systems (Opera, Choice Advantage, Rate Center, G3, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support promotions and packages.
  • Ensure consistent growth in KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, OCC, RPI, and Forecast Accuracy.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Finance, or related fields.

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management (multi-property or corporate level preferred).
  • Strong command of revenue systems, market analysis tools, and Excel.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Experience with international hotel franchises or outsourcing services is a plus.

Familiarity with Latin America & Caribbean markets is highly valued.
