Job Description
  1. Develop and execute effective sourcing and demand management strategies to reduce our Total Cost of Ownership of assigned indirect spend categories such as IT, Marketing, and Professional Services.
  2. Partner with key stakeholders and senior leadership to understand strategic direction, business objectives, supply requirements, and priorities.
  3. Build and manage the project pipeline of assigned categories through category expertise, stakeholder collaboration, and buy-in.
  4. Overall responsibility for developing, communicating, and implementing procurement strategies. Drive compliance.
  5. Achieve stakeholders’ business requirements by leveraging best practices to effectively deliver value - cost reductions/avoidance, risk mitigation, process improvements, supplier consolidation, etc.
  6. Develop category management expertise and industry knowledge within the established portfolio set to provide insights that influence actionable outcomes.
  7. Implement industry’s best practices through cross-functional engagement.
  8. Deliver savings and cost optimization.
Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement driving savings & launching strategic sourcing initiatives in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  2. In-depth experience sourcing IT, Marketing, and Professional Services.
  3. Exposure to best-in-class procurement practices including extensive end-to-end experience in sourcing processes, spend analysis, supplier & industry analysis, RFx expertise, and contract negotiations.
