What You’ll Do
- Implement BU/SBU market and product line strategies to achieve financial goals.
- Lead the global rollout of new products and programs, including communication campaigns and eBusiness strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify new market potentials.
- Develop strategies and plans for long-term marketing opportunities.
- Perform portfolio analysis of market segments considering customer penetration, market potential/share, profitability, and competition.
- Align unmet market needs with innovation activities; collaborate with the innovation team on project status and resource allocation.
- Support global SU strategies and ensure alignment with global BU/SBU strategies.
- Deliver customer penetration strategies and develop global business models and tactics.
- Coordinate SUs and establish cross-SU guidelines on marketing, pricing, and placement.
- Serve as the primary contact and steer category/brand teams at the global/regional level.
- Lead projects for strategic segments and innovation pipelines in collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, and Packaging.
- Co-create and oversee digital, social media, and e-commerce communication strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Prepare presentations, innovation packages, and documents for internal meetings and external customer interactions.
- Contribute to global advertising campaigns, from agency briefing to production and finalization of TV spots and digital videos.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles developing high-impact brands.
- Knowledge of market analysis tools.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
