Your tasks

• Organization, planning and implementation of construction projects, ranging from small up to large and complex scope, according to predetermined Brose standards. Partner and consultant for the structural work issues in existing regional locations.
• Identification of new Brose locations in the region according to land plots, energy availability, construction costs, incentives, infrastructure situation etc.
• Management of negotiations with authorities, external architects/planners, and considering the current organizational statement regarding procurement of services in cooperation with purchasing. Managing external architects and planners.
• Interact and form relationships with local city municipal governments, especially as it relates to building codes and specifications.
• Support the strategic development of the function including benchmarking the industry, best practices in the areas of facilities management like project engineering, project execution, procurement and contracts, energy and utilities and building operations.

Your Profile

• An undergraduate degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture or construction management is MANDATORY.
• An MBA, or advanced engineering degree, is highly desired.
• English advanced
• 5 years of experience in an equivalent position with a construction background
