Formación

  • At least 1 year of experience in a culinary role such as Assistant Cook.
  • Culinary education preferred; knowledge of food preparation and presentation.

Responsabilidades

  • Collect provision orders and store them appropriately.
  • Prepare food according to Company recipes under guidance.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the Galley and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect provision orders from the provision area and store them appropriately.
  2. Prepare food according to Company recipes and specifications, under the guidance of the Sous Chef / Chef de Partie.
  3. Seek guidance from the Sous Chef / Chef de Partie to ensure proper execution of recipes.
  4. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Galley and equipment.
  5. Deliver prepared food to various outlets/restaurants efficiently and on time.
  6. Assist the Sous Chef / Chef de Partie as needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • At least 1 year of experience in a culinary role such as Assistant Cook.
  • Culinary education (preferred).
  • Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and preservation.
  • Understanding of Public Health and Sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to organize and meet deadlines.
  • Good English skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
