The Role:

Tech Holding is seeking a Mexico Operations Leader to join our expanding team. As the head of our Mexico office, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building a high-performing team, and scaling our regional presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Mexico operations align with our global strategy, maintaining the highest standards of efficiency, performance, and growth. This leadership role is pivotal to our ongoing expansion in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage Mexico operations, ensuring success and alignment with company goals.
2. Build and develop a talented team, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
3. Drive operational excellence focusing on scalability, efficiency, and strategic initiatives execution.
4. Expand our presence in Mexico, leveraging local knowledge and business insights to capitalize on growth opportunities.
5. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to align Mexico operations with the global strategy.
6. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, promoting talent development and engagement.
7. Manage relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients to enhance our market position.
8. Oversee budget, resource allocation, and daily operations to ensure optimal performance and sustainable growth.
9. Implement processes that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of operations management experience, especially in scaling teams and business operations in Mexico or Latin America.
• Proven leadership in managing and growing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence principles, including process improvement and resource optimization.
• Ability to drive regional growth and establish a strategic business presence.
• Experience in fast-paced, expanding environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Mexico's business landscape, regulations, and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cross-border operations in the tech industry.
• Familiarity with remote teams and international collaboration.
