What you can look forward to as Finance Tax Mexico Manager:

1. Lead and develop the local team of tax specialists, with potential to grow to a tax manager role.
2. Ensure the preparation, review, and delivery of over 300 complex tax compliance filings annually, including VAT, corporate income tax, and transfer pricing filings.
3. Manage the tax audit process for federal (SAT) and local income tax, profit sharing, and VAT.
4. Partner with the Customs team to ensure compliance with all import/export obligations.
5. Manage the VAT recovery process with plants to recover nearly $40M USD from current and prior years.
6. Collaborate with ZF business divisions to improve financial metrics and document transfer pricing arrangements for the maquiladora regime.
7. Assist in the year-end tax accounting process for Mexico, including designing and implementing the Mexico provision for tax return true-up for approximately 22 legal entities.
8. Coordinate annual advanced transfer pricing agreements for 8 maquiladora legal entities.
