Job Title: Junior Iberia Sales Manager (m / f / d)

Location: Spain

The international application areas include Energy & Process Cooling projects, industrial and commercial applications in the food production and storage sector, as well as air conditioning applications for buildings and specific applications such as server room cooling.

Job Description: This role is responsible for sales in the Iberia market. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with existing and new customers in the assigned region
  • Understanding customer requests and needs, providing optimal product solutions in collaboration with the Sales Engineering Support team, focusing on maximizing profitability
  • Building positive relationships and business partnerships, initiating and managing the Voice of the Customers
  • Defining, submitting, following-up, and managing sales quotations based on market understanding and manufacturing capabilities
  • Negotiating projects and orders
  • Monitoring and increasing customer turnover and profitability, implementing actions to meet targets
  • Visiting headquarters as required for specific activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Technical fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Energy, Air Conditioning, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience with thermodynamics is a plus
  • Engineering background or experience in industrial B2B environment is advantageous
  • Sales and negotiation skills, both face-to-face and remote
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Strong teamwork and influencing skills
  • Resilient, result-oriented, energetic, and dynamic
  • Good knowledge of the local refrigeration and AC markets
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; German / French is a plus
