Role and Responsibilities

We’re currently seeking a full-time remote Application Support Technician to help maintain the Radian Generation software catalog and our customers. You will collaborate on a team that is designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions that enhance the toolset available to developers, owners, and operators of renewable energy generation and storage assets across the world.

Our ideal candidate has 2-4 years of related web application support professional experience, including an understanding and appreciation of SaaS cloud delivered software, customer satisfaction, SDLC, and remote collaboration.

Additionally, a successful candidate will be able to communicate clearly with both internal personnel and clients to translate complex issues and requirements into actionable next steps and deliverables. They must be highly organized with the ability to keep track of multiple simultaneous projects. Experience with renewable energy, asset management, or data analytics is preferred but not required.

  • Real Estate and / or payment calculation software and support
  • Receive and fulfill application support requests from wide range of customer stakeholders
  • Champion the documentation of application use procedures and deliver to internal / external audiences
  • Troubleshoot software catalog with complex data
  • On-demand and scheduled software training to end customers
  • Participate in client presentations and functionality demonstrations
  • Represent projects at required internal and external meetings to ensure priorities are clear, and any progress/delays/issues are reported
  • Escalate key decisions, issues, risks, and opportunities to achieve project objectives
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and issues to verify that the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Document activity and coordinate via Project Management systems
  • Support and contribute on various project activities, including SCRUM meetings, project plan updates, internal communication, tracking progress of tasks, and follow-up
Required Qualification & Education

The minimum required qualification for this position is as follows:

  • 0-2 years of related professional experience
  • Proven capability to work on a remote team
  • Knowledgeable of SDLC and AGILE methodology
  • Excels at coordinating efforts via Trello and Jira

Experience with real estate of payment calculation software platforms is preferred.
