WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of LoKation Sphere software, ensuring performance, scalability, and security;
- Optimize existing code, implement bug fixes, and drive performance improvements across the full stack;
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and performance testing strategies;
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to drive team efficiency;
- Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with business objectives and translate requirements into technical solutions;
- Create and maintain technical documentation, enhancing knowledge transfer and compliance;
- Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve the development process and product capabilities.

MUST HAVES

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience);
- 3+ years of experience in Full Stack web development, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, CSS, React, TypeScript and PostgreSQL;
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms;
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Agile methodologies (JIRA preferred);
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and software development lifecycle tools;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- Node.js, experience;
- React Native experience;
- Strong familiarity with WordPress website Development;
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support knowledge sharing and peer reviews.
