Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST

Location: Remote – LATAM-based candidates preferred

Type: Full-time, bilingual (English/Spanish) position

We’re looking for a strategic, proactive, and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and planning. If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments—especially within the healthcare and tech sectors—this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

As our Finance Manager, you’ll guide financial planning, support M&A initiatives, and implement digital transformation tools that enable smart, scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Lead financial forecasting, reporting, and budgeting across teams

• Provide insights to support strategic business decisions and expansion

• Analyze trends and variances to help shape company-wide initiatives

Accounting & Operational Oversight

• Manage accounting processes and integrate automation tools

• Maintain financial controls, policies, and compliance standards

• Oversee cash flow, cost controls, and investment planning

Cross-functional Collaboration & Growth

• Support M&A activities: due diligence, modeling, and post-merger integration

• Work with leadership across departments to align business goals

• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes

We are looking for:

3-5 years of experience in senior finance roles such as Finance Manager, Controller, or CFO

A successful track record in startup environments, with a preference for candidates from the healthcare or tech sectors

Expertise in M&A processes, financial modeling, and driving financial transformation

Familiarity with international financial operations, particularly across the US, Mexico, and LATAM markets

A degree in Business Administration; an MBA and/or background in accounting is highly desirable

Additional certifications in IFRS, M&A, or financial modeling are considered a strong advantage

Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish
