An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead operations in Monterrey. This role involves overseeing production, logistics, and maintenance while ensuring that key performance indicators are met. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will implement best practices like SPS and 6 sigma across the plant. Formación

  • 8-10 years in manufacturing management or similar roles.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.

What do you get to do in this position:

  • Be responsible for Production, Logistics, Methods & Maintenance, Technical Antenna functions (Finance, Human Resources).
  • Define and fulfill the plant objectives and priorities.
  • Manage the plant operations to achieve the KPI targets through action plans and regular reviews.
  • Review monthly action plans with department managers.
  • Deploy and challenge SPS & 6 sigma in all areas of the plant.
  • Organise the missions of the different departments in order to anticipate or solve operational manufacturing issues.
  • Build strong local industrial competencies and ensure targeted level of turnover.
  • Ensure the right focus and implementation on EHS action plans.

You fit the following Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • English Advanced
  • 8 to 10 years in manufacturing management/industrial function/quality/logistics.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in management field.
