Job Description
  1. Gain a good understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid media, and events). Manage these campaigns from ideation through execution, including post-campaign analysis and budget management, to effectively showcase our brands and services.
  3. Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and work with our suite of agencies/freelancers to drive continuous improvements.
  4. Brief creative teams on campaign requirements, asset creation, and ongoing activities. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand identity and guidelines by providing relevant teams with necessary information.
  5. Assist the marketing team in creating marketing plans for the food division in collaboration with global marketing experts, food business units, and cross-functional teams, including sales and product managers.
  6. Assist in coordinating marketing efforts across business units. Encourage collaboration and teamwork to optimize shared resources and work closely with the sales team to market services that combine the capabilities within the Food & Agri Commodities division.
  7. Support product marketing efforts, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment with market trends and customer demands.
  8. Assist in managing and strengthening the brand identity for all food solutions offerings and support rebranding efforts for acquisitions to ensure consistency.
  9. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Skills & Abilities:

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. A proactive working style with strong prioritization skills to manage many activities and resources effectively.
  2. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish and other languages like Portuguese is a plus.
  3. A strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  4. Proficiency in using AI-driven platforms.
  5. Ability to set up efficient and effective processes, manage deadlines, and ensure timely execution of planned activities in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  6. Able to work independently while supporting several team members in multiple locations and time zones.
  7. Can easily navigate in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing business.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) industry or where the broad spectrum of marketing is applied.
  3. Experience working with freelancers, agencies, or larger global teams.
  4. Basic knowledge of HTML, marketing automation tools (Marketo), CMS tools, PPC, and SEO.
Additional Information
  • Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 monthly
