Your role at Clorox:

We are looking to add a Strategic Sales Executive to our team, passionate about developing our categories! This role focuses on driving growth in our distribution and market share across CDMX, Estado de México, Oaxaca, Puebla, Veracruz, Tabasco, and the Yucatán Peninsula. You will lead in-store execution in collaboration with strategic accounts, develop commercial visibility tools, define KPIs to steer the business, and manage trade marketing resources and portfolios effectively, always aligned with our commercial policies.

In this role, you will:

  1. Define and implement commercial strategies and plans to achieve sales targets in key accounts within your assigned region.
  2. Negotiate and manage sales with clients in the specified regions, ensuring strategic in-store execution.
  3. Develop and implement initiatives aimed at increasing numerical distribution, category growth, and market share acceleration.
  4. Establish indicators to identify growth opportunities in market share, focusing on the Route to Market for retailers.
  5. Coordinate with client sales teams to ensure proper execution of strategic plans.
  6. Supervise merchandising teams to implement effective displays that boost distribution and share off spaces.
  7. Create commercial visibility tools reflecting brand coverage, point-of-sale distribution, and expansion opportunities.
  8. Manage Trade Funds, recoveries, and portfolio reconciliation with discipline and adherence to policies.

What we look for:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer goods companies.
  • Proven knowledge in managing distributors within the grocery or retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills to manage demand and build sustainable business relationships.
  • Results-oriented mindset with experience in conducting quarterly business reviews.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to enhance collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of the assigned geographic area to develop aligned commercial strategies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
