WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Provide a customer-centric focus to the overall property maintenance and service of our Reynosa's facility.
Develop, implement, and keep control and automation systems. PLC's Robots, Machines, Ethernet protocols.
Diagnose and tackle faults in automated systems.
Supervise the work maintenance team members, as well as contractor that provide the maintenance activities and repairs.
Experience in Creating, Updating and improving Preventative Maintenance schedule and requirements.
Validated ability to drive organizational change.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering, Electronic, Maintenance, Automation required.
English 70%.
5+ years of experience as Supervisor and the ability to select, train, develop and evaluate team members by defining expectations and providing appropriate levels of behavior modeling feedback, counseling, and opportunities.
3+ years of experience with on developing and implementing PLC and HMI programs. Supporting fully automated production lines and preventive maintenance for robots.
Experience in programming and maintenance to PLC brands such as General Electric, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens.
Experience programming any of the commercial robots such as ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, Yaskawa.
The ability to identify and solve sophisticated problems related control and automation issues.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as design drawings, blueprints, safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
Ability to lead multiple project simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be compatible with employees, executives, and external vendors.
Responsible for leading the automation projects and the system improvements.
Responsible for implement PM and TPM for controls and automation systems and supervise all the performance for these systems.
Determine, explain, and provide material, equipment, supplies, budget and personnel needed to regularly meet or exceed agreed-to department expectations.
Support ramp-up and/or transfer of manufacturing lines in aspects related to installations, etc.
Understanding of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
