- Responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans to maintain and grow the established business at assigned accounts, meet or exceed annual sales goals, and increase customer share.
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and engage with distributors to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.
- Implement and measure all Brands channel commercial programs.
- Act as the single point of contact for each assigned customer.
- Prepare proposals for projects or equipment to meet client needs.

- Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience in technical sales, distributor, integrator, or engineering firm.
- Experience working with all levels of an industrial automation plant, including VPs, plant engineers, and OEM machine builders.
- Knowledge of PLCs, DCS, and Drives; Parker brand preferred.
- Knowledge of Human Machine Interfaces.
- Knowledge of pneumatic products and selection.
- Knowledge of industrial networks (ENET, PROFIBUS, CNET, DNET, CANOPEN, MODBUS).
- Strong proficiency in MS Windows software.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering (Collaborative Robots), Control and Automation Engineering, or similar.
Additional requirements:
- Availability to travel to customer sites (60%).
- Fluent in English (80%).
- Valid visa and passport.
