Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing processes and new product implementation.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine the time required to manufacture a product using appropriate methods.
  • Specialize in various areas of production and manufacturing processes, including process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, and performance.
  • Lead and contribute to continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

Main Activities

  • Define and implement the productivity action plan within the assigned perimeter.
  • Adapt processes and manufacturing workstations for existing products to improve industrial performance, manual processes, and tools.
  • Participate in the specification and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet safety, quality, lead times, and productivity requirements.
  • Ensure deployment of Lean and Six Sigma tools.
  • Participate in Fast Response meetings and address barriers promptly.
  • Manage capacity versus workload balance across internal and external lines.
  • Optimize lead times and ensure line capacity.
  • Write operator work instructions for training purposes.
  • Contribute to the development of new, producible, and feasible products.
  • Assess the feasibility and profitability of investments aligned with needs.
  • Qualify means and processes both in-house and at supplier locations.
  • Pilot ramp-up of new productions.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in manufacturing processes and new product/process implementation.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
  • Skills: teamwork, leadership, resilience, ability to work under pressure, enthusiasm, proactivity, and dynamism.
  • Knowledge of Mapics is desirable.
  • Green Belt certification or equivalent is desirable.
