About the Company:
Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a motivated and energetic Ecommerce Coordinator to support operations for ecommerce sites of our wholesale retailer partners. The E-commerce coordinator shares responsibility for achieving retail and net sales objectives for Mexican retail distribution through the effective development and management of retail sales and distribution plans by account. This person will work closely with Key Account Manager(s) and Marketing team to develop and execute online merchandising and marketing initiatives oriented in sales; will also be responsible for creating campaigns for channel-specific content to drive sale.
About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Site Merchandising & Marketing
- Oversee wholesale accounts e-commerce merchandising and digital marketing calendars to increase sales on channel sites.
- Coordinate and execute all site content updates to support marketing calendar initiatives, product launches and promotions, including sending on time the information to register new products.
- Manage and execute account-specific site promotions (i.e., GWP’s, sampling, CRM programs) to maximize exposure and business.
- Stay informed of wholesale accounts' new platform developments and capabilities along with marketing programs to leverage effectively.
- Responsible for weekly/monthly sales reporting by account.
- Analyze business, identify areas of opportunity to achieve sales goals, and send out weekly/monthly reports.
- Responsible for monthly report by account to share with Global Ecommerce, providing the results and future plans.
- Track online exposure for the brand by account while also tracking competitor exposure.
- Identify all opportunities on partner sites to push product pillars and increase penetration of online businesses.
- Partner closely with Benefit Accounts Managers and each retailer’s E-commerce Merchandising and Marketing teams to strategize and analyze business.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of E-corners, e-retail campaigns, landing pages, digital selling tools, and other creative assets.
Content Strategy & Asset Production
- Develop and manage the content strategy for retailer ecommerce sites and oversee creation and delivery of assets.
- Manage and maintain retailer sites' product catalog to ensure accuracy of all brand and product content (copy, creative, images, etc.).
- Recommend creative solutions for site enhancements to maximize key products or categories and drive user experience.
- Use internal platform to obtain assets.
- Successfully manage ongoing retailer asset needs and requirements including: timing, specifics, urgency, and complete projects as scheduled.
- Proactively monitor open projects and work with Accounts Managers for future content needs.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous experience within an office environment (Marketing or Digital experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to write and edit web-based content.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
- Ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office experience
