What you’ll do?

• Provide Operational Support in SAP FICO.
• Ensure Operational Excellence in SAP FICO & Taxation.
• Resolve incidents within prescribed SLA.
• Maintain operational quality for SAP FICO issues and collaborate on other SAP functions.
• Deploy strong configuration experience in SAP FI-CO.
• Analyze functional requirements.
• Support GAPs / change requests with functional and operational expertise.
• Manage Major Change Requests and ensure timely deployment.
• Implement approved Change Requests / OSS.
• Perform testing (Unit, Integration, NRT) and report results.
• Conduct Daily ~ Weekly Operational Reviews with the Project Management Team, reporting to SAP FI-CO lead.
• Support SAP Basis team in planning and managing updates & patches at the functional level.

What you’ll bring:

• At least two full SAP R/3 implementation cycles and four years of industry or consulting experience in SAP FICO.
• Experience in Automotive / Discrete Manufacturing (MTS) is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP Support Operations experience in complex environments, managing discrete manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and entrepreneurial skills.
• Experience as a team member, lead, or Solution Architect in at least one full cycle implementation.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration for Discrete Manufacturing, including Enterprise Structure, Master Data, G/L, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Tax, and Closing processes.
• Deep understanding of FICO Organization structure and Master Data objects.
• Knowledge of FI-GL, AR, AP, Cost Center, and Profit Center Accounting, including integration and data transfer concepts.
• Exposure to SAP HR and S4HANA Sourcing is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABAP development lifecycle and IDOC handling.
• Understanding of SAP FICO integration with modules like MM, QM, PP, SD, LE, and HR.
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and ability to handle customer interactions independently.
