Formación

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably as an ACS Consultant.

The Advanced Customer Support (ACS) Enablement Team manages the global onboarding of new hires, starting with NetSuite Foundations, Operations, Product/Vertical-Specific In-Depth Training, case shadowing, and Buddy-Up. The team provides a comprehensive onboarding experience covering customer success essentials.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a global team environment
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably as an ACS Consultant

Responsibilities:

As an Enablement Lead, you will oversee onboarding of new ACS Consultants, including orientations, training, and performance evaluations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Deliver training on NetSuite methodologies or products to consulting personnel.
  2. Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and priorities to ensure task completion.
  3. Become a knowledge expert in various delivery areas.
  4. Use real-world examples to enhance learning.
  5. Improve training effectiveness through new approaches and content updates.
  6. Maintain deep knowledge and demonstrate expertise in product areas.
  7. Serve as a consultative resource based on experience.
  8. Manage resources and tools for instructor activities, including review of training materials.
  9. Design and develop learning courses aligned with business needs.
  10. Conduct onsite training sessions as needed.
