Job Opportunity: Ecommerce Fulfillment Supervisor at Pandora

We are seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to support our rapid digital growth and expansion in Mexico. The primary role involves guiding a warehouse operations team of 8-10 members, ensuring timely delivery of ecommerce orders, and providing excellent customer service to Pandora customers.

What You Will Do
  • Supervise associates involved in operational activities such as inventory management, customer service, and carrier communication.
  • Promote excellent customer service through staff training and professional handling of inquiries and complaints.
  • Perform operational tasks including picking, packing, and managing returns.
  • Manage team resources, oversee operational productivity, and facilitate communication.
  • Maintain awareness of service level requirements and security best practices.

  • Stock management accuracy
  • Picking and packing efficiency

About You
  • Experience in store management, logistics, operations, warehouse, or stock management.
  • Proven team management skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
