Danfoss is seeking an energy-efficiency minded Key Account Manager to develop and manage our sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting customer accounts at the corporate level as a true partner to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Driving sales growth for the HVACR product portfolio within assigned regions.
  2. Understanding regional account needs, key decision makers, applications, product development plans, and competitive landscape.
  3. Contributing to demand planning and forecasting.
  4. Leading customer visits and maintaining senior-level relationships.
  5. Maintaining a high-quality opportunity pipeline.
  6. Supporting regional activities in alignment with Global Key Account Managers.
  7. Managing direct sales for strategic accounts.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business (engineering preferred), with excellent communication and business skills.
  • Technical sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVACR industries.
  • Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization.
